What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
Submitty currently has no way to autogenerate submissions for all users in a course to be able to unlock TA grading without manually creating a submission for each user.

Submitty should have a way to autogenerate submissions for all users in a course to be able to unlock TA grading without manually creating a submission for each user.

The use case is an instructor requires each student to make a post on the discussion forum with their project proposal so that their classmates can read each others proposals. The instructor would like to grade the project proposal posts like they were a traditional assignment upload -- but without making each student upload a placeholder document. This can be implemented with the instructor doing a PDF bulk upload exam submission for each student, but it takes coordination to get a submission prepped for each student. We would like to automate this.
Another use case would be in class presentations. Each student does a presentation but their is no document to upload. The instructor would like to use the full submission TA grading interface to grade those presentations and give feedback.
Note that if the presentations are done in teams, this gradeable would be a team gradeable and the teams would need to be formed first, before making these automated placeholder submissions for each team.
