A tie on a leaderboard will still have a first place and a second place

Expected behavior

There to be a tie for a position and then the next position after the tie should have the same number.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a gradeable with a leaderboard
2. have two submissions with the same score
3. See error
