Describe the bug
When clicking in and out of component, the component may be falsely labeled "Version Conflict" when there is no version conflict

Expected behavior
Display the version conflict tag only when there is version conflict

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a peer grading gradeable for a student and select peer grading
2. Click a component several times.
3. See error
