Describe the bug

If there is a quiz assignment, upon submitting it offers a button to download all files.

Expected behavior

The button should not appear because there are no files to download, so it will download an empty zip.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit quiz assignment (all text fields)
2. See error
