Not sure if this is intentional behavior or not, but when a grade override is given to a student, the new grade is only visible in rainbow grades, so if you go to the gradeable for a specific assignment you will still see the grade pre-override. It would be nice to at least see the updated grade somewhere in the gradeable.

Note: I experienced this on a quiz given through submitty, so it is possible the issue is specific to quizzes.
