We can control the sorting order of the instructor view of all students grades.

Specifically make section is critical when we go to enter final term grades.

We need this option added to the Rainbow Grades Configuration GUI.

• Build an output for each possible sorting type (lab, hw, section)
• Create a UI element to be able to view a specific output

Instructor has big rainbowgrades sheet, however, when scrolling both vertically and horizontally, the title row and column does not follow the scroll. If the sheet is big enough, instructor may get lost which student they were looking, or which gradeable it was. In order to fix it I think we should make the first row and column follow the scroll.
