What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
Currently the Bulk upload gradeable in sample course is a future gradeable (with 0 submissions available).
Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem
It would be more useful for testing if there are already submissions in that gradeable that are graded, similar to how other gradeables have some graded submissions. Additionally, this would require moving the gradeable (by changing the dates) to the 'grading in progress' section, s.t. users other than the Instructor can access the grading if necessary.
