Find attached the R code for the replication of simulations and figures in the paper.

The code is divided into two parts:
1. An additional package is included at: https://github.com/SteveJWR/SBMNetReg which is a package used in many of the simulations.
2. R/ contains the R code for the simulations and figures.
