What issue is this addressing?
Sphinx's generated site can't be included in jekyll's built site, per the version of jekyll used in the default gh pages build. This doesn't "address" the issue but comments on it in the devlog. A workflow to transition to custom gh pages builds will be added in the hygiene branch.
