Running both NeoForge and Fabric Kotlin crashes on startup.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download NeoForge Kotlin 5.0.7, and Fabric Kotlin 1.13.1
2. Launch Game
3. Crash on Startup
   ...

This issue did not happen on 1.20.1
