Update to 1.19

Realease of a revised, improved version of the "Pl3xMap marker" addon. The support for "Pl3xMap" will be terminated and limited to the better "squaremap" plugin from jpenilla. Squaremarker now has more configuration options and some invisible improvements.

Squaremarker is not compatible with old marker files.
