Description
Updating the version of selenium from 4.0.0-alpha-6 to 4.1.2 in command to make Session Map (# RedisBackedSessionMap and # JdbcBackedSessionMap) work with the latest version.
Motivation and Context
Keeping the session map up to date with the latest stable version of selenium.
