Bundles the following Dependabot updates into one PR: - pillow 12.2.0 -> 12.3.0 (#3167) - pytest 9.1.0 -> 9.1.1 (#3168) - pygit2 1.19.2 -> 1.19.3 (#3169) - uvicorn 0.49.0 -> 0.51.0 (#3170) - typescript 6.0.3 -> 7.0.2 (#3171) The Django 5.2 -> 6.0 bump is intentionally excluded: 6.0 is not an LTS release, so we stay on the 5.2 LTS line. Verified: full non-integration pytest suite (1446 passed) and the frontend production build both pass with the updated dependencies. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <[email protected]>
