Metal Backend for Discrete GPUs

The Metal fix for discrete AMD GPUs was rejected by llama.cpp. Integrate it into TrashClaw's setup flow.
Requirements:
- Provide a patched llama.cpp build script that applies the StorageModeManaged fix
- Auto-detect discrete vs unified GPU on startup
- Show Metal status in
/status output
- Document tested hardware (Mac Pro 2013, iMac 2014-2019, MacBook Pro 2015-2019)
