If you hold the right mouse button down to pan, drag the plot around in lots of circles, then move the cursor exactly where you started and release... the right-click menu deploys. This is not the expected behavior!

Implement mouse-down distance tracker and only deploy the right-click menu if the total mouse-down distance travelled is below a comfortable value
