Extending #2755, the ScottPlot 5 website should generate recipe JSON that can be consumed by the cookbook viewer application (to display recipe source code) and also be used to facilitate recipe searching on the website.

Note that an experimental recipe search just got rolled-out for ScottPlot 4: https://scottplot.net/cookbook/4.1/search/ UI is lousy at the moment, but it proves the concept is feasible. Searching is entirely client-side (the website is static HTML/CSS/JS/JSON files).
