Refactor cookbook, demos, and build system #271
Description
- create
ScottPlot.Demomodule to hold demo plots - create a WPF demo plot viewer
- create a WinForms demo plot viewer
- create demos for WinForms control (like mouse tracking)
- create demos for WPF control (like mouse tracking)
- make tests render all cookbook demos
- make the dev application generate the cookbook
- create website for scottplot http://swharden.com/scottplot
- move cookbook to website (stop committing cookbook images)
- remove all cookbook image files from git history
- move binary demo to website (stop committing zip files)
- create new automated build/deploy system to:
- build all projects
- run all tests (halt if fail)
- increment version (of all packages)
- generate version-specific cookbook
- generate version-specific demo zip file
- upload cookbook and demo to website
- publish packages to NuGet
