Issue: (Axis Auto fails to scale plots on the secondary axis)

The AxisAuto method does not scale any plots on the secondary axis. Pressing the mouse scroll-wheel button also does not scale any plots on the secondary axis. This was working fine in the previous ScottPlot version.
