Marker is missing with AddPoint and Addmarker in Legends (WPF)

Hi,

I'm, creating a graph in WPF and when I add a label with AddPoint or AddMarker, the marker doesn't show in the legend. It shows with AddScatterPoints but then I get it multiples times in the legend(1 per point).
