In #1386 someone shared a plot like this that used red lines to clarify the position of specific points

ScottPlot can already add horizontal and vertical axis lines, but it would be nice to have the option to specify where they begin and end. It seems like these plot types could have Min and Max fields that default to NegativeInfinity and PositiveInfinity, allowing the user to set them to a specific value so they terminate at a point on the graph
