SignalXY: incorrect fill when StepDisplay is active #1697

Hello All, I have a signal with 4 points in a "SignalXY" plottable. This plottable is set to "StepDisplay = true". I would expect the graph to display the lines at the same Y value. However, when I move the plot around the lines at the left edge moves. It seems the step display logic is using the pseudo point at the edge and not the actual point in the plottable.
