Description

Prerequisites

  • I have written a descriptive issue title.
  • I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
  • I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Package Name

blender

Expected/Current Behaviour

Currently, the Blender shortcut created by the blender package points to the executable file blender.exe, which displays a terminal window when Blender is launched. This is unnecessary for regular users, and closing the terminal window will forcibly terminate Blender.

The expected result should be that Blender starts without a terminal window, just like when manually installed from the official Blender source.

Steps to Reproduce

Irrelevant.

Possible Solution

Point the Blender shortcut to blender-launcher.exe.

Scoop and Buckets Version

Scoop Config
