Addresses some of #196.
I'm not intending to address all of the comments in #196 here just the following two:
Button alignment/width
Fixed by using native bootstrap buttons, and getting rid of the mobirise ones (and associated css, which collides with bootstrap's)
Wording on nc-time-axis
Simple update to reflect suggestion from @lbdreyer.
