Describe the problem

Currently copying a link to a setting uses app.sable.moe. If a user open this link in their web browser, they will be taken to sable's settings page. This can
a. Create confusion for users
b. Cause the user to not realise that they are at the wrong link and wonder why the setting isnt changed when they open up their client on the other url

It also seems more "promotional"

Describe the solution you'd like

Use a sable:// link in its place

Alternatives considered

use matrix.to instead or something idk

Additional context

This also allows for Desktop Client support, as browsers can route the links to the desktop client
