The following changes to get the SANDAG ABM3 resident model to run include:

  • Optimization of nearest zone determination in disaggregate accessibilities
  • Forcing participation in the joint tour participation model after the set number of iterations
  • Getting shadow prices to be consistent between single and multi-process modes
  • Having shadow pricing be ignored for external models
