RUSTCFLAGS or RUSTFLAGS? #327
Description
It seems that Makefile is currently referring flags passed to rustc as RUSTCFLAGS and rustc_flags. However, Cargo uses RUSTFLAGS and rustflags. Maybe it's better to be consistent with Cargo?
