[P3] Relative image path may not render on npmjs.com. To ensure the changelog image renders in all contexts (GitHub, npm), prefer an absolute URL.

P3: The changelog notes 'Update dependency glob to v11.0.3', but not all packages are on 11.0.3 (src/package.json and apps/vscode-e2e/package.json still reference ^11.0.1). Either clarify the scope in this bullet or align sub-packages in a follow-up to avoid confusion.
