🔁 Steps to Reproduce

Latest OS M4 Mac, I've tested in windsurf and vs code. have used indexing successfully for javascript/node.js codebases but whenever I run it on my flutter codebase, it crashes Roo Code and the VS code extension server prompting it to run in bisect mode. Using Qdrant via localhost.

It shows how many blocks then as soon as it begins indexing is when it crashes, have tested multiple times over the past 3 days.

💥 Outcome Summary

Expected codebase to index, crashed roo code and instead it crashed vscode extension server requiring full system restart to use roo and other vscode extensions again.
