[BUG] API REQUEST STUCK! #10275

not sure what's happening behind the scenes but this actually get the model to be stuck. that API Request loading should at the bottom.
this is very annoying because i have to cancel then resume everytime it happens
I'm using OpenAI compatible custom base url.
