Description:

I create a discussion in a mobile application. I can't delete it later (I can only in the web version)

Environment Information:

• Rocket.Chat Server Version: 3.13.2
• Rocket.Chat App Version: 4.16.1.23838
• Device Name: Iphone 11 pro max
• OS Version: ios 14.4.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a discussion
2. there is no way to delete it (no edit icon) via the mobile application
3. in the web version I can delete this discussion
4. create a channel or private group
5. I can delete it through the mobile application (there is an edit icon)

Expected behavior:

2. I can delete the created discussion via the mobile application

Actual behavior:

2. there is no way to delete it (no edit icon) via the mobile application
