Description:

While writing messages so many pop-ups come, which feels uneasy to write a message.
for eg:
if I want to give my email id, I will write [email protected]. Using an @ in the middle of a word makes user suggestion popups.(same with #, :, / symbols). I get pop up even if I use it in the middle of a word.

Environment Information:

• Rocket.Chat Server Version:3.12
• Rocket.Chat App Version:4.15
  Both in Android & IOS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Write a sentence(message) consisting of `@ or # or : or /`.
2. Suggestion Pops up, even if we don't need.

Expected behavior:

It should only give pops up if it a word starting with those symbols.

Actual behavior:

It gives pop up for every use of symbols.
