[Bug] Users are always muted in Jitsi calls in iOS version 4.12.0.316 #2622

Since 4.12 version released in Apple Store as stable my users start comply about Jitsi calls in that version. iOS users are always muted and they can't unmute themselves.
Environment Information:
- Rocket.Chat Server Version: 3.7.1
- Rocket.Chat App Version: 4.12.0.316
- Device Name: iPhone 8
- OS Version:
Steps to reproduce:
- Update iOS stable RCRN application to most recent 4.12 version
- Start Jitsi call with someone
- Other user see you muted even if you unmute yourself.
Expected behavior:
Mute\Unmute should works fine
Actual behavior:
You can see on that photo, that on both clients mic is on (unmuted), but both clients see, that iPhone participant is muted.

Additional context:
Android version 4.12.0.2140 works perfect
Tested in production environment with
