Description

If under "Block Unauthenticated Access to Avatars" the option "Account/Avatar" is set to True, the loading of avatar symbols and user A-Z symbols in the Android app is completely blocked, even for authenticated users. This is not the case in the "Electron" version or in browsers.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setting "Block Unauthenticated Access to Avatars" under "Account/Avatar" to True on server
2. remove Rocket.Chat app or clear Cache
3. connect again to your RC server
4. Avatar icons and user A-Z symbols are not loaded
5. As soon as you set "Block Unauthenticated Access to Avatars" to False all avatar icons and A-Z symbols will be loaded properly
