This adds a new option for a trigger action, you could choose between
Impersonate next agent from queueand the old one was moved toCustom agent:Selecting
Custom agentyou can provide him a name, and that name will be used to send a message when it triggers:Selecting
Impersonate next agent from queuea real agent will be used for sending the message. This option cannot be used ifGuest Poolrouting method is selected.The first time the trigger fires the next agent from queue will be fetched and then cached on client for 1 hour, this will prevent the multiple agents being showed in multiple windows.
