The REST API method used to update omnichannel departments is not working properly when the
agentsfield is not set.In addition: We're checking now if all agents passed through the
agentsfield are valid users.Issue(s)

How to test or reproduce
Just try to update a department trhough the REST API/PUT method without the
agentsfield. An error will be raised/returned and the department won't be updated.Screenshots
