Currently, when an agent takes a new omnichannel request(
Manual Selectionrouting method), the agent is redirected from theroompreview tohometemplate, which makes a bad user experience.To fix this wrong behavior, an agent will be redirected to the
hometemplate just in case they are no longer allowed to access the room, for instance, when another agent takes the chat.
