Description:

After adding a bunch of sounds, the list got long. Now some of the choices are hidden.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a bunch of sounds
2. Navigate to a chat with a person
3. Under Notification Preferences, try to change the sound. You can make the window smaller so that it's cut off to see the problem.

Expected behavior:

I should be able to use my mouse to select the sounds. I was hoping the list or screen would scroll down to allow me to see the last items.

Actual behavior:

The list is cut off, and I have to use the scroll bar to position the list differently in the screen.
