Description:

Collaborative/Read-Only toggle in room info is reversed.

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.61.0
• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): tar
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• Node Version: 8.9.3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click room information on a channel you have edit rights for.
2. Click 'Edit' and scroll down to access toggles

Expected behavior:

A public room that users can write in is listed as 'Public' and 'Collaborative'

Actual behavior:

The room is listed as 'Public' and 'Read Only'
