Rocket.Chat Version: 0.56

As we now have working guests on our system. It occured to me, that:

The fresh created guest-user (that was thrown into a public chat channel), can leave the channel...
Without any assistance he can not get back into his assigned channel.

Short: Please add a (per usergroup) permission for "leave public channel".
Default: Everyone is allowed, except guests.
