I love that two way reaction sync works but the issue we're facing with our org is that we sometimes have impromptu votes using reactions with 👍👎 and when you react with RC it shows up as hubot in Slack. We've had issues in the past were it appeared as though hubot voted on it's own and it wasn't clear what happened.

This, I'm sure, is a limitation of the slack bot API (hopefully not), but none the less we would like to be able to disable the reactions sync as an option, or at least the reactions back to slack.
