Description:
The workspace registration confirmation step (Step 2) is showing a raw i18n key instead of the translated text because it's using the wrong key name.

Proposed Fix:
Update the i18n key from RegisterWorkspace_Setup_Email_Confirmation to the namespaced cloud.RegisterWorkspace_Setup_Email_Confirmation.
