Description:

Whenever the user tries to leave a joined discussion , Rocket.Char crashes and we see error in console.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start any Rocket.Chat server channel.( The issue can be replicated on https://open.rocket.chat/channel/gsoc2022 as well).
2. Click on the tool tip on the right of any joined discussion.
3. Click on Leave discussion.

Expected behavior:

1. User should be able to leave discussion.

Actual behavior:

1. Rocket.Chat freezes and we see and error in console.
