Description:

On every message, in the kebab menu, the items within it aren't highlighted similar to the kebab menu in the room header.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any room, hover over any message.
2. Click on the kebab menu (3 vertical dotted icon) and hover over the items.
3. Hovered over items are not highlighted.

Expected behavior:

On hover, the items should be highlighted similar to the room header kebab menu.
