Description:

Does not switch 'Send Push Notifications For'.
If you go to /account/preferences and in 'Notifications'/'Push Mobile Notifications For' switch on Mentions. After that, reload the page, the value will fly to 'all messages'.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to /account/preferences
2. 'Notifications'/'Push Mobile Notifications For' switch on Mentions or Nothing
3. Reload the page
4. 'Push Mobile Notifications For' will switch back to 'all messages'

Expected behavior:

'Push Mobile Notifications For' switch to set value

Actual behavior:

'Push Mobile Notifications For' will switch back to 'all messages'
