Description:

One of the two reaction buttons dosen't work in read only channels

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create read only channel
2. Allow reactions
3. Check with other user both buttons

Expected behavior:

Both buttons should work

Actual behavior:

only the one with the green arrow works, the red one does nothing.
