Description:
When admin closes chat, they are prompted to enter a close reason. This shows in chat history, but is not part of webhook CRM call
Steps to reproduce:
- configure CRM webhooks
- chat via Omnichannel
- from admin side click on Close
- enter message for closing chat
- check webhook content
Expected behavior:
Webhook JSON body contains the reason why admin closed the chat, just as the chat history page
Actual behavior:
The value of reason for closing is missing
