Description:

There is an option to star/unstar a message in thread but no option for admin to pin/unpin a thread message. He can pin messages of message section area only.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a thread in a room
2. Open the popup-menu in thread message.

Expected behavior:

There should be an option to pin the message if user is admin

Actual behavior:

No button to pin message.
