In search suggestion list, action button is inactive, event pops up to click. #16436
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to 'search user'
- Click on 'action' (three dots)
Expected behavior:
You should get various options corresponding to user or there shouldn't be any action button.
Actual behavior:
It takes you to corresponding window as if you clicked the suggestion not action.
