Description:

Recently added custom roles do not show the role badge against the user name in groups and channels, even though it's there if you check under User -> Edit. Role tags are configured to be shown.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Permissions, create a new role
2. Assign the role to a few agents.
3. When the agents message in the private groups or public channels, the role tag is missing.
   If you add an old custom role to the same agents, it will show against their names after about 10 minutes after adding.

Expected behavior:

The respective role should be shown in a badge right away after assigning.
