When clicking on Allow converting long messages to attachment option, the screen becomes weirdly small and does not restore back.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to administration
2. Click on Message
3. Try switching the Allow converting long messages to attachment option.

Expected behavior:

The option gets toggled and User gets to Save changes.

Actual behavior:

Screen becomes cropped and half of the things are not visible. Save changes button also dissapears.
